Madalena joined FCLaw Lawyers and Private Notaries as a lawyer trainee in October of 2020 after working for 3 years at another top law firm in Macau.
As lawyer trainee she has been working in high-value projects such as IPOs and M&A of well-known companies, performing due diligence and corporate restructuring processes.
She has been also providing legal advice in relation to corporate governance and finance, contracts, intellectual property, labour, tax and data protection.
Education
- Second year in Bachelor of Science in Information Management at Nova University of Lisbon, Information Management School, in 2011.
- Graduated in Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2016.
- Post-graduate course in Corporate Finance at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2017.

- Macau Lawyers Association, as lawyer trainee (admitted in 2018).
