Winna joined FCLaw Lawyers & Private Notaries as paralegal in 2020 assisting clients on corporate compliance and taxation matters, with extensive experience on drafting commercial contracts, instruments and documents.
In addition with her practice in the sector of banking and capital markets, likes advising on IPO and bond issue projects, she became a licensed trainee lawyer on 2021 being active on participating the dispute resolution and litigations for the interest of clients.

- A graduate in Law in the Faculty of Law in the University of Macau (Class of 2021)
- Currently studying a master’s degree program – Criminal law and Criminal Procedural Law in Faculty of Law of in the University of Macau
